These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") regulate your access to and use of the resell rights digital product (“The PLR Project") .

By accessing or utilizing the Product, you consent to adhere to this Agreement. If you disagree with these terms, you are advised not to use the Product.

License Grant:

The PLR Project itself does not have resell rights. You are welcome to become an affiliate for the platform to earn a high commission on every referral for the platform itself. The products located INSIDE of The PLR Project do all come with PLR - these individual products will all come with the full resell rights to rebrand, and resell as you'd like!

Termination of License:

We maintain the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the Product at our discretion, without prior notification, if we determine a breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Product and delete any materials of the Product in your possession.

Intellectual Property Rights:

The Product, encompassing its content, design, logos, trademarks, and any related materials, is safeguarded by intellectual property laws and remains the sole property of The PLR Project. You recognize that your ownership is limited to the resell rights as granted in this Agreement.

Indemnification Clause:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and absolve us of responsibility against any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) that arise from your use of the Product, breach of any term in this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights.

Comprehensive Agreement:

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and The PLR Project regarding the Product's use, superseding all previous agreements, whether written or oral.

Modifications to the Agreement:

The PLR Project reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Product post-update signifies your acceptance of the amendments. Regular review of these terms and conditions is your responsibility.
